Full-stack work on a multi-tenant SaaS platform that brings WhatsApp, social media, CRM and commerce together for businesses — a 60+ module Java 25 / Spring Boot monorepo on PostgreSQL and a Flutter app for web and mobile. Since July 2026, 200+ merged pull requests across both, taking features end to end: schema migrations, APIs, background jobs and the screens on top.
- Social Media Suite: OAuth connect and publishing across nine channels through a publisher-per-platform architecture — a post composer with scheduling and per-channel rules, independent status and error tracking for each destination, a cross-channel comment inbox, and an insights dashboard.
- AI Features: LLM-generated post templates and caption refinement in the composer, plus a daily post assistant that drafts and publishes social posts over WhatsApp.
- No-Code Flow Builder: One canvas for WhatsApp chatbots, automations and customer journeys, with branching, delays and pause/resume on a background job queue; order confirmations and commerce automations moved from hard-coded logic into flows.
- Forms: A branching form builder with public share links and QR codes, feeding submissions into flows and the CRM.
- Third-Party Integrations: Shopify and WooCommerce stores, Google Workspace (Contacts, Forms, Calendar), Zapier and Pabbly triggers and actions with secure API-key management and two-way webhooks, a Tally ERP integration, and a BUSY accounting link that sends invoice PDFs and stock snapshots to WhatsApp.
- UI Overhaul: Restructured the Flutter app shell and design system — responsive layouts, a dark theme, and redesigned Social, Flows and Forms screens.
- HRMS Development: The HR domain across 7+ submodules, including Dashboard, Employee Management, Leave, Attendance, and Performance, with mobile clock-in using device location.
- Backend Engineering: Developed attendance regularization, leave balance and ledger, expense approval, and payroll salary-structure features using JPA repositories, DTO validation, Liquibase/SQL migrations, and unit tests.
- Mobile Development & QA: Integrated REST APIs using Dio with MVVM and Provider, shipped the iOS application through Xcode, resolved native and plugin issues, and conducted test-case authoring, branch-level testing, and bug tracking through JIRA.
